Saturday was great! I started the day off early preparing food, and cleaning, getting things all ready for the Baptism. It ended up being a really special day. My brother Ryan gave a wonderful talk on Baptism and my sister in-law Summer gave an excellent talk on the Holy Ghost. Both are such good speakers and did such a great job. I wish I had the talent of public speaking! We had a wonderful turn out. Lots of family and close friends were there. It was a really special day.
After the Baptism everyone came back to our house. The food turned out so good! Lots of yummy salads, cold cuts, fresh rolls, and desserts. We had such a great time visiting with everyone. It was just a wonderful, special day!
Church came early Sunday morning. After church I was determined to get a nap in. Todd was nice to watch the kids while Mack and I took a nap. It was great!
We then headed to Todd's parents house for dinner. The boys ended up spending the night. My sister in-law Summer wants to go see the movie Hairspray this afternoon so I'm trying to find a baby-sitter. I saw the Broadway show when I went to New York in May and loved it so much that I really want to see the movie too.

We watched the Today show Friday AM, they had all but John Travolta performing in Rockafeller square - it looks so fun! Can't wait to see Hairspray!

Your family photo turned out so cute. The question is will I have to buy Jared a suit for his baptism in a few months? I noticed Ethan had one on. I have only done a girl baptism. I am SOO clueless.

That is so great the day turned out so well. Ours is a week from Sat. It is looking like we will be doing the sandwhich thing also. Jason informed me he is going to be on a trip two day before the baptism so I am on my own getting ready. Thank goodness for Costco. Cute family picture.
