Turning 8 is so special! Ethan will get baptized on the 21st. He is so excited for his special day. Today was his birthday party. He had a few of his friends over to go swimming and eat pizza. Two of his cousins got to spend the night so he is pretty excited about that.
8 special things about Ethan are...
1). He is such a good student. He got (mostly) all A's on his report card. His teacher says he is the best student. He has really good handwriting and is a little bit of a perfectionist. He is very quiet in class and is such a sweet boy.
2). Ethan has a lot of friends and is well liked by everyone.
3). He is a fast runner and is a good athlete. He loves to play basketball, baseball, and soccer. He's excited to start football this summer.
4). He is very sensitive to others feelings and always is the first to say he is sorry.
5). His hair has to be combed a certain way and is particular with what he wears. (His shorts have to be a certain length).
6). He is very affectionate. If we are sitting on the couch he has to be right next to me.
7). He is very competitive.
8). He is a lot of fun to be with and is very easy going.
Ethan has been such a joy! Since the day he was born he has brought so much happiness to my life. The word best to describe him would be "sweet". It doesn't get better than that.
